Guilty pleasure.
We all know dealing with diabetes means giving up many of the foods/snacks/desserts that we used to love, but out of curiosity, what is something that you do allow yourself a "cheat" with, even if its only at christmas or for your birthday? For me, its Walkers all butter Scottish shortbread. Its like crack. Lol
