Hello,

I’ve read through a few posts but haven’t found anything about this. As you can see in the pictures, the pull cord has snapped at the back near the fabric inside the roof. Does anyone know the part number, or if I can fix this myself?

I’d also be interested to know how something like this could happen. I only open and close it when the car is completely stopped, and I do this about twice a week.
