I’m in claims first off

Ended up taking 5 days off unexpectedly. Had the pto to cover 4 of the days and had one docked day. Still 5 days not scheduled that were taken off. Supervisor said it needs to be discussed with HR

Am I getting fired cause he said he will have an answer regarding what’s happening next by the end of the week. Not sure if what’s happening next is a written warning, pip or just straight up fired
