I’m officially hitting a wall. For the last six months, my brain fog has been so thick and my Oura data confirms why: my deep sleep is basically a flat line at this point.
I’ve cycled through the standard sleeping stack, you name it, and all I get is a vivid dream about being tired and a massive grogginess hangover the next morning.
Kept seeing magnesium apigenin mentioned around and idk if this is the way for me now. I'm hoping for any advices as well on what are you guys actually seeing in your data if you had the same issues before.
