I just configured the same settings as 4.10 manually.

On Cinebench R23

Was getting 24200 score, 150w approx.

Now I'm getting 22500 score, 99w approx.

Stock settings gets 23200, using a bit more power, something is off with this bios version.

Just checking if someone else faced this issue and if somehow sorted it out.

I'll keep trying on my own too

Update 1: Just tried ryzen master, somehow it "fixes or overrides" the bios ignoring that PBO is ON.
