Gemini 10 Sighting
With today’s release, I was curious as the NASA information was never classified, it’s been publicly available for decades.
I went looking to see if there was anything else of note and found this on Gemini 10
Michael Collins (CM pilot on Apollo 11)
“Hey, I see stars! No, I see a bogey. Look out here, John”
“A bright object, looks like a planet or something, looks like it’s in orbit with us, in a higher orbit, going the same way.”
John Young says it’s the booster to which Collin’s says “Baloney to me”
Collins specifically says the object is at 1 o’clock high and higher than we are. Unless Collin’s was wrong or they performed another burn (which they didn’t ), it cannot be the booster.

I wanted to go through the shuttle transcripts but those are not available online. Would be interesting given the amount of shuttle missions there was compared to the previous programs
