I’m going to get this out of the way ahead of time- I am not vegan, although I am pretty good at cooking, at least I think I am. Due to a conflation of circumstances, I am going to be hosting two different cousins and their families at the same time next month. One cousin married a vegan, and went vegan alongside his wife. OK, cool, that’s not a problem, I can cook vegan food for them, there’s a lot of tasty looking vegan recipes. The issue comes in because a different cousin from the other side of the family is also coming with her kids, ages four and six, and they are not vegan. The six year old is, to put it bluntly, one of those kids who basically survives on chicken nuggets. And a lot of the vegan recipes I have found don’t seem to lend themselves very well to extremely picky children.

If I have to, I will cook separate dinners for everyone, but I thought I would try asking some actual vegans if they knew of anything that might work for everyone to eat. Thank you in advance!
