My nan has a 32e4ntuk but she doesn't have Internet so can't update via the network connection. It's not got any issues but I want to make sure it has the latest software and features.

I can't find a section for firmware downloads anywhere apart from at the bottom of the French website but it requires a TV ID, or "Extra ID", and that isn't on any of the stickers that I can find.

I've tried contacting Hisense support but it requires an upload for Proof of Purchase and nan hasn't kept the receipt so I can't get any further.

The TV currently has firmware O0201.

Can anyone point me at a page I can use, or where the ID is on this TV?
