Pretty sure he's got the 3rd most expensive DPS ult?
Sometimes when I play him I don't even use it, cause it's that bad 🫩 I know the excuse for not buffing him is that he'd run lower ranked lobbies but tbh any character can do that. Incorporating the Rocket team-up into his kit so he can inflate at will, and shortening animation times between forms would be solid buff ideas too. It would also be nice if he could punch through shields but that might be asking for too much 🫣
