The release date of the pilot was something that (atleast I thought) had to be picked with a lot of consideration.
Releasing it too early causes the risk of it not being done yet, hence why it comes out in the middle of May.
Releasing it too late into the month guarantees it'll be overshadowed by Digital Circus 9 (that'll probably still happen, but to a lesser extent because, again, the earlier release date).
This is a show I'm hoping succeeds solely because of the fact thst Ross has been trying to get it made for a decade, and the may release month proved to be a big risk because, again, Digital Circus 9 starts its theatrical run early in June.
Point is: they picked a sweet spot for its release thankfully, so now it has around 20 days to grab traction before anything bad should happen to it.
