I’m a concerned citizen of the Irish channel neighborhood and a neighbor of mine has decided to allow a homeless woman to camp on his front porch directly across the street from a busy school. I’ve seen her sprawled on the sidewalk in front of the school during school hours, leering through the bushes from the porch while children gather and generally making neighbors in her proximity uncomfortable.
I’d confront the guy but I am nervous that he would blame the complaint on me and the homeless woman could retaliate in a nefarious way. (I.e pop my tires, throw feces or stab me with needle)
Please help, I work nights and never really have time to file a proper complaint to the cops during the day.
In summation, I wish to remain anonymous in my complaint for fear of her retaliation.
