Hi all, potentially a long shot but thought its worth asking.

Are there any telehealth informed consent places that have a good medicare rebate? (im talking like $100 or less gap fee). Or would I definitely need to go in person first & *then* do telehealth to access lower rates?

Long story short, I'm functionally bedbound disabled from a spinal csf leak (2+ yrs ongoing), so getting out of the house, while doable, means like a week of bedrest afterwards for me (also why I need low fees; I have no income and already pay $$$$$ for my leak 🫠) Nonetheless, various circumstances have made me decide the best thing for my body and mental health is not to wait until im 'less disabled' but to get on HRT now. Even just starting the process will be good for me.

im nonbinary and after Tgel to do low dose T; I'm aware I'll also have to be referred to an endocrinologist to get it on PBS.

I am located in NSW, about an hr from Sydney.

Curious as it seems uncommon (?) to perscribe levonorgestrel (progestin only, NOTin combo w/ E) in pill form for endo. I do know its the same progestin as what's in the mirena though.

Would love to hear how people have done on it if taking it, especially long term.
