Bear with me for a bit of context: In my town there is an independent pet shop that has decided to specialize in reptiles a bit. They get their geckos from smaller breeders, and seem healthy. And they get morphs. The only thing is I don’t think they even know (unless the owner knows and just isn’t fully educating his staff) what morphs they are.

6 weeks ago I got a lovely little buddy that, to the best of my ability (which is admittedly not much), a panda (black night x super snow x eclipse). And while I got her for her uniqueness, when I was browsing MM for fun, noticed any that looked close to her were somewhat more expensive.

They have a new batch in with some completely different morphs, and I’m wondering if it would be a good idea to nab them. I am wanting to dabble in breeding, and if I can get some nice looking geckos without breaking the bank, I can always do a shed test if I want to get more serious about it.

I’ll include my gecko, see if you folks think I’m anywhere remotely close to right. There’s two pictures with 2 each, in the one tank I think they are the same morph, in the other one they are obviously different, and then I’ll include the last one the girl called “normal”, but that’s not wild patterning either. 🤷🏻‍♀️
