Hey! I'm slightly new to fasting and I would like advice on how to go about doing an extended fast. I have done some smaller intermediate fasts and a couple day fasts, but I haven't done much besides drink water on those.
For the longer fasts, what kind of supplements would you suggest so I stay healthy but still lose weight?
I've been thinking about doing a month long fast, but how should I go about that?
Also is there any suggestions on how to get the best fat loss results during this time?
I already eat once MAYBE twice a day and it's healthy portioned, so it's easy for me to go into smaller fasts...
I'm female, 5'3in, and about 250 pounds😭🥲 (Caused by a mixture of stress, (prior) depression, and meds)
I want to get my life turned around and become healthy and confident in myself🥲
