I have been refused usa visa for Fall 2025 and my sibling got accepted. We applied to same university.

For the second attempt shall I keep the old university or change to new university. Shall I mention my sibling in usa or not? Shall I prefer other university in other state.

The situation I like once refused we will get slot next year so give me suggestions and tips to make my chances better?
