Board of Appeals success rate
I have been pursuing a claim with the VA for almost 8 years now. The VSC has been very helpful in filing the claims and coming up with what I need to do to pursue them I am. I am now at 90% but there’s still a very large issue that I really don’t want to give up on. I have filed appeal after appeal and finally have a date for a board of appeals hearing. Has anyone gone before the board of appeals.? How did it go? I’m a little nervous because I think I’ve heard they just asked questions and I just answer. How long does it take for them to make a decision? What kind of success rate have people pursuing their claims to the board of appeals level? How did the hearing go in your opinion and I’m just wondering how many people get approved. This is something I really feel adamant about and this is my last step. Any advice would be sincerely appreciated.
