I rotate between 3 work postures.
- Standing desk (30mins - 90mins)
- Japanese style kneeling (30mins is my max now)
- Regular chair sitting (30mins)
For the standing desk, I simply carry the entire floordesk and set it up on a regular desk 😄
Very effective.
My neck posture feels much better after a week.
Strains are less severe now.
