PSA Hold on to packaging!! [Alien Aurora: Galaxy Foil]
Fyi to anyone dealing with the sleu if production issues when it comes to secret lair products, and even anything else you might reach out to WOTC for if something is wrong with your order:
KEEP YOUR PACKAGING!!!
Last month, I finally received my replacement Alien Aurora galaxy foil, two of them. I ended up getting a repeat of a card, missing another; a problem many others came across after finally getting their replacement.
I messaged them about it and included pictures of the product. They got back to me a couple days later asking for a hand written note with my name and the date included in the pictures. Alright, bet!
A MONTH LATER, I finally get a message from them asking for the production code... HUHH??? If it wasn't for the fact that I hardly ever take out my office trash (dry paper only), it would have been impossible for me to send them a picture of the production code on the outer envelope the SLD came in..
More important than opening your stuff while video recording it, KEEP YOUR PACKAGING if there is an issue.
I might be over reacting, but I definitely 'Karened out' on them letting them know the first time they responded to me would have been a swell time to ask for those specifics, not a month later when the packaging could have been in the landfill..
I just responded to them, hopefully they fix their issue... contemplating future purchases 😒
