1 year old wart. Is this Progress?

So I had this wart for more than a year now. Ive got it lasered before but it came back. First photo was from 2 months ago. I have since applied multiple stuffs to it reepatedly almost everyday. Ive tried cashew oil and salicylic acid. Then a week ago i tried putting hydrogen peroxide on it for an hour everyday amd garlic as well. Every once in a while it would scab when i use cashew oil. I would then pick the scab and dig as much as i can and apply whatever is available to me at the time.

so now, heres what my finger looks like. I dont know if its a good sign or not actually because i have had a lot of reoccurence before. What do you think? Should i continue applying anything to it?

right now it feels paper thin, rough, and numb
