I use a company-issued laptop and am fully WFH and I’m curious what kinds of monitoring tools might be running on it. I have full admin access, so I can inspect processes, services, installed apps, network activity, etc.

What are the common signs that monitoring software is installed? Are there specific tools, services, drivers, certificates, browser extensions, or outbound connections I should look for?

Not trying to bypass anything, I just want to understand what’s running on the machine and how visible my activity might be. Any good methods or tools for auditing this safely?
