How do you all approach Nil picks in produce and meat? Our store management is now saying we need to ask an associate to look in back before we hit item not found. Same expectation for milk in dairy. Is this normal? I feel like this is going to kill pick rates and annoy the hell out of the fresh associates. What is the company expectation on this?
