Hello,
My account, player#3581159, was banned for “griefing.” The action in question was changing the word “HATE” into “FATS,” which resulted in my account being permanently suspended until 2055.
This was part of a friendly pixel-based rivalry with another local player, Astovi, who often covers nearby artwork with low-effort flags and political statements. My intention was not to harass, destroy artwork, or meaningfully disrupt the game. It was meant as lighthearted transformative banter within the spirit of the game.

I’ve included screenshots showing the context of the pixel-based back-and-forth. I also have screenshots showing that Astovi has previously been banned and had an old account that appeared to be used for doxxing or targeting people.
I’m respectfully requesting that my account be reinstated, or that the suspension be reviewed and reduced. I understand that moderation can be difficult, and I appreciate the work the team does to keep the game playable.
Even if the decision stands, I’ve genuinely had a lot of fun playing, and I appreciate the experience. ❤️ That said, I believe this was more playful, transformative interaction than malicious griefing.
TL;DR: I was banned for “griefing,” but the action was a small transformative edit made during friendly local pixel banter, not an attempt to maliciously damage artwork or harass anyone.
