Is it not possible to report a seller on Etsy?
I tried messaging a seller on Etsy asking her a question before purchasing an item and she was sooo rude and disrespectful to me. The way she spoke to me was nasty for no reason. Even straight up told me directly that she refused to sell to me and refused to tell me why when I asked her why which gives me the impression that maybe it’s because she’s racist. So I asked her do you talk to all you customers like this? She’s new and was only on there for 2 months and somehow she even has good reviews which is baffling, she’s a reader. but I want her shop to closed treating a customers like that. No wonder so many of their shops get closed. I don’t know why they come on Etsy not taking their jobs serious like it’s some game thinking there’s not gonna be consequences for the way they behave. I tried messaging Etsy chat and waiting for a support agent and none ever shows up. Etsy support is the worst ever.
To be specific: I tried to order and she told me if I do she’ll cancel it. And refused to answer my questions before placing an order. Kept saying she’s busy. I was like well when ur not busy will u answer my questions when ur done? She said “no, I really don’t wanna sell to u honestly.” I said “why” and she had nothing to say. I mean she has zero reason to talk to customers like that. That’s very unethical seller behavior
