Asus laptop not turning on
I've been having this problem for awhile now with my ASUS TUFF Dash f15, (5-6 months) where my laptop doesn't turn on for a long time even if I hold the power button, unplug it and everything else, plug it back in and try again. I think it's maybe cause I close it without properly shutting it off maybe? This is the longest it's done this for now, its been 2 day of trying to get it to turn on. I'd like some advice on what could be the problem and if I should go in to get it fixed or just buy a new laptop.
Edit: I am thinking of taking it to get repaired, but I don't know whether to take it to a local shop, or send it to Asus. My warranty expired a long time ago so I don't know if it'll be cheaper to just take it to a shop near me instead of paying the $80 diagnostic fee, and whatever is wrong with the thing. If I knew stuff about laptops I'd probably open it up an dtry and figure it out myself, but I do not.
