Hi, so after wanting to get into jirai kei I ended up placing an order of £250 on devil inspired, This was before I knew of their bad reputation. After waiting 3 weeks I somehow got signed out of my account and when I tried to log in I couldn't, I then went and tried to reset my password for the account but after 2 days I never got a password reset email. I have tried emailing them but even after 24 hours they didn't respond when they say on the website they respond withing 24 hours.

Im getting worried that I wont be able to track the order at all since I need it for a trip at the end of May and with their lack of communication im getting even more worried that I just got completely scammed.
