a while back i had my recline locked in the middle/2nd lock position then suddenly heard a snap of some sort followed with the tilt unlocking. after that the tilt would not lock in the last/ fully leaned position but would in the upright and 2nd lock position. now very randomly the lock does not work at all. would parts need to be replaced for this, is there any other way to lock the tilt (even if only in one position)?
