Hello Curse of Strahd DM's! The inaugural Curse of Strahd Shotgun Scenario Competition organized by the CoS Discord is now live! We’re inviting you to submit a word-limited shotgun scenario that can be dropped into and run in a Curse of Strahd campaign. Do you have a creepy encounter, a horrifying location, or an exciting showdown with the devil? We can’t wait to see what you submit. The top three entries will win exciting prizes, including a Foundry VTT license and gift cards to D&D webshops.

The contest rules for the Inaugural Curse of Strahd Shotgun Competition are given below. Inspired by the Delta Green Shotgun Competitions, Shotguns are highly condensed descriptions of possible adventures, plot-hooks, themes or sub-plots, to be viewed more as inspirational setpieces and plug-ins rather than full fledged scenarios. The purpose of the contest is community creation, to generate creative works that other DMs can easily insert into their Curse of Strahd campaigns.
