Not sure what to do. Last bight she returned them at 8:15pm. Court order is 5pm, police enforced.
She messaged us at 4 saying she was going to be 2 hours late. Would not give an ETA.
Well she finally dropped them off at HER MOTHERS at 8, and her mother drove them to our house.
This is not the first time that she has been late, last time it was 30 minutes.
Why?
Because she puts her and her boyfriend's baseball before her children.
This time? They were an hour away from her house, she finished her baseball practice, started watching her friends play instead of going home and leave to bring the kids home on time.
Last time? They were away for the weekend (nbd) for their baseball NIGHT games. The kids told us how they fell asleep at the game because they were there so late.
She hasn't even paid her court fees yet so its not like we can get her to pay for a fine or penalty for being late.
