CA house in trust - can it be used for criminal bail bond?

A few facts. Mom and dad had a revocable trust. Mom died. Dad remarried. Dad updated trust to say that second wife is not provided for by anything in the trust.

If there is a criminal proceeding and bail is an option, can the house be used as collateral?
