Because if I was Bruce I’d see this as a win. His best friend, the one friend who probably shares his vision/brand of justice, is now free to be a vigilante too! Which we know Harvey is going to be more like the Punisher in this universe, so I hope Bruce and Harvey’s relationship is like Matt and Frank’s. The “Oh, hey you! I know we usually don’t get along, but wanna team up and deal with the bad guys real quick?” friendship.
