Games that changed your way of gaming in any way or form?

Back in the day, I used to play without any headphones. That is until God of war 2018 released. Playing it, my PS4 is roaring like a chainsaw running the game that I can't hear the game, so I ended up getting headpohnes to muffle out the noise and been playing with headphones since.

Weapons, skills, or others in games that QUICKLY became obsolete?

Like it quickly had no use anymore or you got something better?

In Resident Evil Requiem, when Grace gets her first handgun in the hospital, there another handgun (Grace's original) literally the next floor above. Already, you got a better handgun (if you took the risk and pass through the zombies) and you had the first gun for literally a minute and is put in the item box forever.

What's a niche game that you want to see revisited and/or redone

I came across a video about a 2004 game called Gangland. As the reviewer states, it's a mix of RTS, management sim, and role-playing. It's an interesting concept. You're a grunt who climbs the ranks to crime boss, make decisions on business and relations, get into mob wars, and start a family. I want a or remake of Gangland or a game similar to that gameplay concept.

It's been years since Expedition 33's release. Whenever I scroll to the game's page in my PS5 library and the main theme plays, it brings back memories, like an RPG I haven't played in over a decade. Again, it's only been a year. I still remember the game fully.

Now that Pat got to the part in Kingdom Hearts 2, the 1000 Heartless fight was awe-inspiring when I played it as a kid. Like how did they get so many enemies in one area during that time. Not even Dynasty Warrior could pull that off. I'm sure they use a trick like the background enemies are 2D render, but still, it's pretty impressive for a 2005 PS2 game. It's literally 1000 Heartless in the fight and the army shrinks as you defeat the lot of them.

I'm talking if they remove a tiny bit of that thing or change it just a teeny bit, that criticism would've been avoided for the most part.

In Avatar the Last Airbender, audience didn't like that the lion turtle gave Aang the deus ex machina ability to energybend and avoid killing Ozai. I understand that. It feels like a cop out. But that is due to someone coming in to give him an ability at the last minute.

What would've been made better is the lion turtle still popping up and giving Aang the same wisdom, but remove the part where the turtle touched Aang to give him energybending. That's it. Same scene, just remove those FEW seconds. That way Aang would've figured out energybending on his own.
