I am looking to purchase a flat in Trilight. We have other projects in our shortlist, but we are looking at Trilight keenly and I would welcome any inputs.
I am trying to understand the actual price at which they are closing flats and if anyone has closed purchases recently, it would be of great help if you can reach out publicly/privately to let me know your purchase prices.
I have visited the site and I liked the quality of work. The sales people are confidently promising handover by December for interior work and that the project would be in a livable condition by middle of next year. This seemed extremely optimistic to me, do you have any opinions regarding this?
