Hey! I’m an Italian personal trainer who’s basically a big nerd at heart. When I’m not at the gym, I’m probably gaming, rolling dice in a D&D session, or losing track of time at a tabletop night.

I love getting outside too — hiking, exploring nature, or just hanging out in the sun with my spoiled cats.
