I got bored and wanted to clean up my photos on my Mac and wanted an easier way to do it to be honest so I started making a program called PhotoTriage(it's probably a thing already but you basically use arrow keys and swipe through them basically left to keep, right is delete, up to favorite and down is to skip and nothing gets fully deleted until you hit finish then it pops up a review page where you can see what you selected and unselect ones and such so.
