Neighborhood with better air quality than most?
Is there a neighborhood with actually better air quality than others in Bakersfield? Looking to relocate and currently looking at the east side (Rio Bravo, City in the Hills) which I have heard they are a couple degrees cooler and have slightly better air quality since they are located higher? Thanks!
