Hello! I’d love to hear what people use to make their hair feel/ look more voluminous than it is. I have very fine, flat, fragile-ish 1A hair that has been coloured (no bleach, naturally black hair). I dye my hair red a few times a year myself but I never lighten my hair anymore.

I try to stick to drugstore options, I wash my hair every other day to every 2 days, and my roots get oily and my ends are a little dry. The most product I put on my hair is the got2b hair gel, dae styling cream, and Aussie hairspray, but I only use these when I do slick backs on day 2 hair.

My current routine is as follows:

  1. l’oreal hyaluron pure purifying shampoo (every other wash)

  2. garnier fructis grow strong fortifying shampoo (I dont like this as much as the thickening shampoo so I’m going to switch when my bottle is done)

  3. garnier fructis grow strong thickening conditioner

  4. Pantene miracle rescue 10 in 1 multitasking spray

I found that these products + washing my hair more often has helped a lot me with hair loss (i used to lose a lot of hair when washing/ brushing) There are a few other products I want to try such as the l’oreal hyaluron plump hydrating shampoo, but I’d appreciate any recommendations! Thank you!
