I've been smelling wet wood in the living room for a few weeks. Discovered a few possible sources of water intrusion. This looks pretty bad to me . Water coming down the wall from the roof outside, large vertical crack in stucco and with corresponding interior staining on ceiling and wood panels. Worn out spray foam in horizontal crack with large gaps and exposed 2/4 in the corner. What do you guys think?
