I opened an account a few months ago and have had nothing but issues with Fidelity.

The issues range from opening and closing multiple accounts in my name, incorrect handling of issue resolution, changing personal data, and much more.

If I would have known about the poor quality of service, and frankly arrogance, of this bank, I wouldn’t have opened an account.

I want to escalate the issue with Fidelity management, report to FINRA/SEC and possibly filing for monetary compensation.

Any tips and suggestions are welcome. Thank you.
