I’m turning in my resignation today after 15 years working in insurance defense. Ready to go solo with a litigation firm of my own focusing on personal injury, construction, and business litigation. Plenty of trial experience in these fields and I have a good network of lawyers in my community. However, I understand the risks of giving up a guaranteed salary so I’m nervous all the same.
