Is there any hope to get this lemon tree to grow?

I tried some lemons in Europe, and really loved them, they were mild, and very aromatic, could be Mayers lemons not sure.. I brought few of them with me with the intention of growing some.. I was able to get this far since it's been indoors the entire winter,.but it's seems it's not growing and the leaves are curling.. I used some citrus fertilizer that i bought at the home depot, forgot the brand name.

i really hope i can grow it as its one of my favorite lemons i ever tasted.
