Hey folks - would be really grateful if someone could share their thoughts on what kind of setup is used in these two videos as I'm looking to do something similar.

Leaning towards Sony Alpha 7 IV - is that a good choice for capturing both? Any lens that could do both styles?

Thoughts on Fps and grading too?
