As you can see by the image, there's a clear path through this unnamed park, but it has been blocked by concrete blocks and construction signs.

The signs read "construction hazzard" "tripping hazzard" (spelling it how it's written)

There is no construction going on and the area is flat. There's no tripping hazard. On top of that, there's no noticeable amount of trash or dog droppings or any reasonable cause to block this off.

If anybody has any information about why this is blocked off, I'd love to know.

I would also strongly advise against anybody rolling up with wirecutters, because the fences are attached by rusted 1mm steel wire and nothing else. Oh also that's illegal.
