I moved into a new apartment last Friday, 4/24, and have been without hot water the entire time. They only just sent people to look at the hot water heater yesterday(4/27) for the first time and they told me it was fine and to “give it some time” I came home from work today and it still isn’t fixed. This is so incredibly frustrating, and they won’t answer calls or texts. Just now, I went to look at my lease(which can only be accessed online through the portal) and it’s not showing up! I don’t really know what I can do at this point. suggestions?
