How do I turn this off?

So I'm playing Ratchet & Clank on my PS4 right now, and whenever there's a cutscene a notification pops up in the corner saying that I can't screen record. Then when the cutscene is over, another notification shows and say that I'm allowed to screen record again, even though I was never interested in doing so. The same thing happens when I'm playing The LEGO Movie Video Game. I know it's because of copyright or something, since the cutscenes are just footage from the movies, but does anyone know how to turn it off? It's pretty annoying.

When I do eventually learn how to make games, animated, and make models, should I make the Nicky trilogy first or the Aaron trilogy? I of course plan on making The Secret of Bosco Bay game first, but what would come after it? The Aaron trilogy would make more sense since it's canonically first, but it would have a bigger map than the Nicky trilogy game. I dunno, I'll leave it up to you guys. \_( '-' )_/
