Hi , so has anyone still not received the BIF signed cd ?

I ordered it in November and still haven’t received it .

I’m kinda losing hope because I’m from Portugal and I know they take a long time to arrive but it has been 5 months.

If anyone has a “ solution “ or something please tell me , I sent 2 emails since then and no response
