Was rerunning 3 and trying to slow play everything, really explore as much as possible. Anyway was halfway through the ghoul revenge quest, the one for the ghoul in underground.

I accidentally ran into Madison Li at rivot city and accidentally completed the ghoul quest after talking to her, everything grayed out and just complete. Wasn’t really expecting that, is this a bug or some sort of feature from the mission tree?

Think I advanced the main quest on accident but only quest I think that was affected was this one. I just completed the anchorage DLC but I doubt that messed with it.
