PEAQ PSB 512 subwoofer connects but no sound
My PEAQ PSB 512 soundbar + subwoofer worked fine for ~2 years, but suddenly the sub stopped producing sound.
What I’m seeing: Subwoofer LED goes from blinking (pairing) to solid orange. Soundbar shows “SETUP PAIR” when pairing is triggered. Looks like they successfully connect, but the sub is completely silent (no vibration at all).
What I’ve tried: Full power reset (unplugged both for several minutes). Re-pairing multiple times (sub in pairing mode + soundbar “SETUP PAIR”). Holding PAIR button on sub for extended reset. Tested with Bluetooth audio (phone directly to soundbar) → still no sub output. Checked sub/bass levels and different sound modes.
Has anyone seen this before? Is this a known hardware failure (RF module/amp), or is there anything else I can try?
