Hi all, I’ll try and keep this brief! We are first time buyers, and viewed a lower ground floor flat today, which we did end up making an offer on in the end.
Since then, a family member has pointed out in one of our photos this crack on the external wall near the rear door. There are no cracks on the inside on the other side of this wall, or any others that I can remember seeing or have photos of inside the flat.
If our offer is accepted we will get a survey completed, but does it look like it could be troublesome? The flat is in the TN21 area.

Edit: Thanks for the replies, at the very least I’ll throw it back to the agent and see what they have to say to start with. The seller is looking for a very quick sale, and there are 3 out of the 9 flats all for sale at once with different agents.
