currently have a quantum triple diamond 5 wood but am switching to a cobra optm x. I know there is a difference in the adapter. I don’t want the shop to tip the fairway. I know there will be some discoloration due to the shorter cobra adapter that was hidden by the callaway adapter. my question is whether the club will play at a different length with the shorter cobra adapter? I don’t want the club to be longer. thanks.
