I been maintaince-recomp for like 6 month. Since i start i my lifts increased, i drop 4,5 kg, im pretty much leaner and and look better. I plan vacation in 2 month to all-inclusive for a week and i wont track anything im gonna devour all the things i craved. Right now im happy with my BF its around 9% (maybe get little bit leaner for peak look at vacation). My question is what should i need to do, mainteance till 2 weeks before and minciut before or get little leaner and maintenance till vacation. Any suggestions please ???
